As a 40 year old mom of 3, it took me some time to learn that the best way to love on others was to love on myself. What could be a more important investment than on the body that will carry me through this life? A strong body enables me to love others better and to experience everything life has to offer.
My mission is to expand your life by getting you strong enough to do whatever you want to do. I provide high quality strength training and habit coaching to women in San Ramon, Pleasanton and worldwide.
I founded Divergent Fitness because I wanted to blend my training as a master’s level behavior analyst and my knowledge of weightlifting to support women to level up in every way.
