Hi! I’m Coach Amber, owner of

Divergent Fitness :)

Now into my 40s, I’ve learned a few very important lessons, most notably that the best way to love on others is to start by loving on myself. It took me some time to realize that the most important investment I could make is on my true home- the body that will carry me through this life. A strong body enables me to live both comfortably and fully so that I can experience everything this life has to offer.

Wherever you are at in life and in your fitness journey, I can meet you there. Whether you are a young athlete, new mom, going through a midlife transition, or working to keep your bones and muscles strong into your retirement years, I can help you feel stronger than ever and support you to meet the specific goals you have for your body. Whether you used to be a D1 athlete or you’ve never picked up a weight, that’s great! I can meet you there and we can start building from your starting line.

I founded Divergent Fitness because I wanted to blend my training as a master’s level behavior analyst and my knowledge of weightlifting to support women to level up in every way.

You can be kind to yourself AND strong in the gym and I can teach you how to get there.

  • I am a trauma-informed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. Additionally, I am certified in the SFMA 1-2 and Graston Technique.

  • My masters in behavioral psychology provides me with a unique evidence-based scientific approach when it comes to behavior modification and movement correction.

Services

  • Private and Semi-Private Training in Dublin, CA

    Private 1-on-1 Training

    Between $100- $120/session, depending on session volume

    Semi-Private Training

    Between $43- $53/session, depending on session volume. Note- clients must complete 3 months of private training before semi-private subscription options are available.
